Twenty-five years turning SIPs, timber frame and modular systems into low energy homes and buildings for developers, main contractors and estates teams. We advise, engineer, source, install and build, as one team.
Dynamic NextGen is how we approach a scheme before a system is chosen. System selection, buildability, foundations, programme, site operations and the trades around the structure, looked at together, so labour, materials, waste and site cost come down at the same time. It can be bought on its own as advice, or carried through to delivery by one of our two businesses.
Independent MMC advice for developers, main contractors, manufacturers, housing providers and estates teams. We don't sell a system. We've engineered, bought, installed and built with most of them, and we tell you what the numbers say.
SIPs, timber frame, hybrid or volumetric. Which one fits your design, site, programme and budget, with the trade-offs made plain.
Early stage engineering, foundations and sequencing reviewed before costs are committed, so the savings are real, not promised.
How the structure, roof, envelope and follow-on trades run as one sequence, and what that does to finance and prelims.
For manufacturers, contractors and clients adopting offsite: the delivery infrastructure, partners and processes the system needs around it to succeed.
A second pair of eyes on an MMC scheme, tender or framework bid, from someone who has delivered them.
Workshops and lectures on MMC and construction management, as delivered at the University of Wolverhampton and industry events.

The same method, applied wherever a timber-engineered or hybrid structure makes sense.
I spent ten years inside market-leading offsite manufacturers, helping Tesco, HomeServe, councils and the NHS change how they build. They succeeded because they had the system and the delivery infrastructure around it.
Then I saw the flip side: the same systems sold to people and organisations without that infrastructure. Some succeeded, many didn't. The difference was always the infrastructure around the system. Dynamic Build Group exists to provide it, and to advise those who want to build their own.
